Wall Angel Workshop

Stand Tall, Move Better

Live on Zoom

Do you find it difficult to reach overhead, fasten your bra, put dishes away, or maintain good posture throughout the day?

As we age, it's common to experience stiffness in the shoulders, upper back, and chest. Over time, this can lead to rounded shoulders, poor posture, reduced mobility, and even discomfort during everyday activities. The good news is that it doesn't have to stay that way.

In this workshop you'll learn a powerful series of beginner-friendly exercises that use a simple wall to improve posture, restore shoulder mobility, and build functional upper-body strength, without getting on the floor. These exercises have helped many of my clients regain substantial movement and confidence following injury, periods of inactivity, and age-related stiffness. By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with practical exercises you can easily continue at home.
