Pelvic Floor Workshop

Regain Control from Within

Live on Zoom

Have you started avoiding certain activities because of bladder leaks, pressure, discomfort, or the fear of “not making it in time”? You are not alone — and it’s not simply something you have to accept as a normal part of aging. Many women over 55 experience changes in their pelvic floor after menopause, childbirth, surgery, or years of physical strain. The good news is that with the right exercises and guidance, these muscles can be strengthened gently and effectively.

In this supportive, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn simple seated and standing pelvic floor exercises designed specifically for women 55+. No getting down on the floor, no intense workouts, and no confusing fitness routines. You’ll discover how to safely reconnect to your core and pelvic floor muscles to help improve bladder and bowel control, support pelvic organ health, improve posture and balance, and even enhance comfort and confidence in intimacy.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with practical exercises you can easily continue at home — so you can laugh, cough, move, exercise, and enjoy life with greater confidence and peace of mind.
