Wake Up and Move
What if your bed could become your favorite place to exercise?
As we age, stiffness in the back, hips and shoulders—and changes in posture and mobility—can make everyday movement feel harder. But lying down gives your spine a chance to decompress and your body access to movements you simply can't do as easily standing or sitting.
In this fun, gentle workshop, you'll discover how to use your bed as a supportive surface for exercises that improve mobility, strength, posture and body awareness.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to be strong.
And you don't need a fancy exercise setup.
You just need your bed and a willingness to move.
Your body is capable of more movement than you may realize. Sometimes, all it needs is the right position and a little support.
Wake up your body and start your day feeling better.
